Thinking has become the real bottleneck everywhere. In interviews and at work.

You had to think together because you couldn’t afford not to.

Now a single engineer can ship five agents before lunch.

And suddenly the bottleneck isn’t creation.

When building becomes the easy part, the thinking has to become the strong part.

What’s the actual problem?

What is the user journey now that an agent is involved?

How will we evaluate behavior?

What do we trust, and what do we not trust yet?

What happens when five teams build five solutions to the same workflow?

And who decides?

These are the questions teams are avoiding, not because they don’t care, but because the old ways of answering them don’t work anymore.

And that’s the gap we are seeing across every enterprise conversation:

Not a lack of AI.

A lack of shared thinking around AI.

Once one team build that layer, the organizational “thinking loop”, everything else, every other team will accelerate with far less friction.
