Framing Gives Structure

One of our clients said, “Your content is amazingly deep. I already passed an L6 loop once, but your framing gives structure to what was fluff and instinct.”
This client is from Google.
That’s such an honest reflection for what many are experiencing.
It's not that they don’t know what to say.
In fact, they know they can do this. They've already done this before.
But they just can’t always control how their stories lands in interviews.
One of the hardest parts of the interview process is translating experiences to crisp narratives on demand under time pressure.
Most of our clients don't need more frameworks. They’re just missing a repeatable way to articulate their thinking clearly.
That’s what “framing” is. It's different from frameworks.
It’s the order you reveal your thinking, so the interviewer can track you.
Instead of working hard to follow the story, they start trusting you inside the first 30 seconds.
If you’ve tried everything and still can’t land the right offer at the right level…
It’s usually not because you need more prep.
It’s probably because your thinking is not showing up explicitly in clear strategic ways.
